Salsa audit – July 2023

We are pleased to announce that on 18th July 2023 we have again passed our SALSA audit, the latest since we submitted our first application in 2012. Written by experienced food safety experts, SALSA is a robust and effective food safety certification scheme which is appropriate for food producers and suppliers. As approved supplier we must demonstrate that we operate to standards that are recognised and accepted across the industry and exceed the minimum standards expected by enforcement authorities. SALSA approval is only granted to suppliers who can demonstrate annually to an auditor that they produce and supply safe and legal food and are committed to continually meeting the requirements of the SALSA standard.
