SALSA is a food safety certification and is only granted to suppliers who can demonstrate to an auditor that they are able to produce and supply safe and legal food and are committed to continually meeting the requirements of the SALSA standard.

Usually 7-14 days for most standard items but of course a bespoke item would need longer for testing and samples to be produced.

Absolutely! All our products have a specification sheet and are traceable back to ingredients and suppliers.
