Brook Bakery has been baking our range of rolls in Yorkshire since 1988. Our bread rolls can be adapted to suit a range of commercial bakery requirements. All our ingredients are sourced locally to ensure that our rolls are baked to the highest Yorkshire standards ready to be delivered to our commercial partners from across the UK.

Traditional rolls
What is a roll? It’s a breadcake, a bap, a barm, a stottie, or a cob! Whatever you call them we have the recipe. Our traditional rolls can be different shapes and weights to suit the requirements of any customer. In white, brown or granary, with or without seeds or oats the variety is endless. Speciality rolls
We have a range of longer life speciality rolls such as sourdough, Mediterranean and multi-seed to name a few. These may be supplied in a bun shape or hot dog style, packaged for various end users including retail, catering and food service. These are boxed for transportation and can be palletised. Brioche
Our longer life brioche rolls can be either vegan or classic with an enriched buttery flavour. These are available in a bun shape or a hot dog style and can be packaged for retail or used in food service and catering. They are boxed and can be palletised if required. Old school
Teacakes
A teacake here in Yorkshire in a sweet yeast-based bun with dried fruit, however, as with the rolls there are many different names across the country. A family run bakery
Brook Bakery originated as a retail shop in Shiregreen, Sheffield. It was purchased by John Emes at the age of 23 and he started trading from there on 4th July 1988. Beginning his career in retail John decided he would try his hand at baking, and so it began…
